Similar to Winged Bombardier. This was a first template and most of the parts are Tier 1. You need to look at Winged Bombardier, if you want to know the thought process about how to use both Budget and Non-Budget Winged Bombardier. This was mainly used under extreme consideration of your Mechanical Parts budget while having decent amount of Crowns.
